Payments are processed by third-party payment providers including Paystack.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

Prices may change at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of material pricing changes before renewal.

6. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Mercatum Faciunt Limited reserves sole discretion in determining whether a refund will be issued.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

10. BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMER

Axiom provides productivity assistance, business intelligence insights, and informational recommendations generated through proprietary predictive intelligence systems.

The Services are intended solely as decision-support tools.

The Services do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Tax advice

  • Investment advice

  • Medical advice

  • Professional consulting services

Users remain solely responsible for all decisions, actions, investments, business strategies, and outcomes resulting from their use of the Services.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to:

  • Algorithms

  • Models

  • Predictive intelligence systems

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Documentation

  • Research materials

  • Educational content

remain the exclusive property of Mercatum Faciunt Limited or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Services.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including artificial intelligence and payment processing providers.

Mercatum Faciunt Limited is not responsible for:

  • Third-party services

  • Third-party outages

  • Third-party content

  • Third-party security incidents

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, cyber incidents, or third-party failures may temporarily affect access.

Mercatum Faciunt Limited shall not be liable for service interruptions.

Termination does not relieve users of outstanding payment obligations.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of applicable laws

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
